Reality Check: Findings from the Second Annual Listening Tour of the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth

This is a report on the findings of the second annual listening tour conducted by the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth. The listening tour was structured around the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child and the concerns of well-being raised by children are compared to the goals of the Convention. This report is scoping in it's review of child well-being in Ontario generally, but has special sections dedicated to youth in care.
