Progress Report 2 on Foster Home Overcrowding in Saskatchewan

This report is an updated version to an original Progress Report published in 2009. This report documents the Children's Advocate's continued monitoring and evaluation of the progress made by the Ministry of Social Services to address overcrowding in foster homes and related issues.
