Response to the Department of Education’s Proposed Amendments to the 2008 Education Act

This response from Nunavut's Representative for Children and Youth's office details ommissions from Nunavut's Department of Eduaction proposed changes to the 2008 Education Act. Many of the recommendations the RCYO makes are based on the rights of children contained in the United Nation's Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
