La garde en établissement comprend le placement à l’extérieur du domicile dans un établissement comme un foyer de groupe ou un centre de traitement. La garde en établissement est offerte aux enfants qui éprouvent des problèmes, notamment de comportement et d’adaptation et qui ne peuvent pas fonctionner dans un milieu familial.
