Office of the Provincial advocate for Children and Youth
This is a report on the experiences of youth in residential care settings as told by youth themselves. Youth emphasized the need for connecting with their workers and being part of decision-making procedures about their futures. The office makes recommendations to improve residential care for children and youth in that setting.
