Saskatoon, SK: Advocate for Children and Youth
This report is an examination of the events surrounding the death of a two-and-a-half month old infant called "Aiden" whose short life ended October 25, 2015. In conducting this investigation, the goal is not to determine blame for Aiden’s death, but to examine the services provided to Aiden, and his family, and to make recommendations to ensure that all children in Saskatchewan have equal access to the services to which they are entitled.
