Three Young Children: 5-Year-Old Sarah, 2-Year-Old Anthony, 1-Year-Old Mikwan: An Investigative Review

During the Investigative Review process, the Advocate made the decision to examine Sarah’s, Anthony’s and Mikwan’s experiences together, as part of a broader collective review. All three children were pre-school age and returned to their parents after significant time in care. They were part of sibling groups from three to seven children. As with any Investigative Review, focused and dedicated attention was given to each child’s circumstances.
