The Child Welfare Toolkit. Openess in Adoption. Brief #1

This toolkit was funded by the Ontario Law Foundation and developed with input from key stakeholders in the child welfare and child protection sectors. It synthesizes the current legislation, case law, and social science research regarding the practice of child protection. The goal is to help ensure that judicial decisions are aligned with what has been found in social science literature to be in the best interest of children involved in the child welfare system and their families.
